Our Prices are discounted and reduced as your notarizations, commissions and certification increase, thereby saving you a lot of money.

The above fee schedule does not apply to the notarization or commission of Wills, Power of Attorney, Verification of Identity forms, Estate/Inheritance documents and Business and Real Estate documents.
*If you do more than 15 notarizations, we charge you $25 + Tax for First notarization instead of $40.00.
*A $5 fee for the administration of oaths applies on top of each notarization or commission
If two persons sign one page of a document, and there is one notarization, we charge extra $10 + Tax.
Please note that our fees are based on the number of signatures and notarizations in your document. Hence, the quoted fee of “$40” or “$25” is NOT per document. It is per “notarization or commission”. A document can have just one notarization/commission or multiple notarizations/commissions.

| Shipping & Handling- Please be advised that you will be billed for shipping fees paid to transport your documents to government office and consulates/embassies.- However, if you have an account number with a shipping company and do provide it to us, this fees will not apply. | |
| Bank Service Charges :- You will also be billed for bank service charges paid on money order or certified cheques paid on stamps. | |
| Admin Fees :- In the unlikely event that documents are declined by a consulate or embassy, an administrative fees of $95 will apply to cover the time that Notarizers had spent on the file. | |
