Mr. Prashant Mishra is a highly accomplished legal professional with nearly 20 years of experience in dispute resolution, international commercial arbitration, and corporate advisory. He has been an arguing and drafting counsel in numerous landmark reported judgments, having briefed eminent Senior Counsels from India and abroad. Mr. Prashant is the founder and patron of the Indian Arbitration Law Review (IALR), a leading arbitration journal, and serves as the founder and editor-in-chief of the National Forum for Research in Arbitration Law (NFRAL), an arbitration think tank.
He has previously been a Partner at tier-1 law firms, including Luthra & Luthra Law Officers and DSK Legal. His clientele spans a wide range of sectors, including private equity, commercial real estate, fintech, and general litigation. Mr. Prashant is a proud alumnus of the National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU).
